Since when did a Court of law acquire a judicial power to enforce merit in religious or spiritual matters? I am amused first and truly amazed next - all, with due respects to the Court.

With all due respects to Honorable courts and Justices and Indian Public,as citizen of India and devotee of Swamiji, we humbly request the Honorable judiciary must reconsider the conditions of Bail.We as devotees of Swamij also express our gratitude to the Honorable Judiciary for having passed the bail order for release of Swamiji.




All devotees of Swamiji have certainly all the respects and gratitude towards the Judiciary for granting Bail to Swamiji. Even though there is no direct evidence or cases to implicate any criminal charges against Swamiji, He had been held in justly over 50days, the Bail Conditions are certainly a not a digestible matter for the Devotees who eagerly waited for Swamiji's release.

However the matter may require dire attention , let us all enjoy the bliss of Our Swamiji in our midst and make a positive approach through the legal means to release the bindings of the Bail and let all of us drench in the blissful rain of our Beloved Swamiji's Programs and Discourses.


Once Swamiji permits all devotees can join in requests and pleadings along with Dhyanapeetam and this address issue equivocally.

Nirahara Prarthana (Fasting Prayer) at Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam Ashram on 5th & 6th June





Ashramites and devotees of Paramahamsa Nithyananda come together on June 5th and 6th for a Nirahara Prarthana (Fasting Prayer) for the release of their beloved guru. The Nirahara Prarthana is being observed at Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam’s ashram at Bidadi near Bangalore.

While ashramites have been observing regular fasting and chanting for Nithyananda’s early release on bail, selected devotees from Bangalore and other places join them in the prayer over the weekend. Other devotees join in the prayer at various satsang centers in their own areas.

On 5th June, the Nirahara Prarthana started at 7 a.m. with Nithya Dhyaan meditation and Guru Pooja, followed by worship at the ancient sacred banyan tree. Day-long purascharana (chanting), meditation and aarati are also being performed in the Anandeshwara temple in the ashram.

The Nirahara Prarthana is also being observed at Nithyananda’s Vedic Temples in the USA, and by followers in Malaysia, Singapore and other places worldwide. Devotees who do not have access to a satsang center will join in the prayer from their homes.

The bail hearing of Nithyananda, who has been in custody since April 21st this year, is scheduled for June 8th. Nithyananda’s followers are convinced of their guru’s innocence and are hoping for a favorable verdict

I am from Malaysia.And i was first introduced to swami through a healer nearby my residence.At first,when i was newly introduced,i have to admit i did'nt believe in all these.That was in 2008,when i was 14 years old.Then,i continously went there even when i did'nt know what i suppose to do when the healing is given.As months passed,my mom(a healer now) sent my siblings and i for the ASP programme.By then,i have learnt how to do the meditation and guru pooja.even during that time,i was doing that for the sake of my mom.She was very into swami and i did'nt want to hurt her feelings by going against her in this matter.So,i did whatever i'm suppose to do like attending satsang ,healings and mostly i really enjoyed listening to the songs.During the ASP,i knew that smthing is definitely going to change in me.I felt it but i was unsure what could it be.After the ASP,i still continued going for satsangs and healing.

Then,on the year 2009,when we met another friend of mom's who happened to be a healer as well.She invited us to join a satsang that was held at her place.that's when i really felt swami,i felt as though i was chosen for some reason that will change me totally.i cried there and i was speaking from my heart to him.And i even felt that he's listening.the miracles that happened in that moment is something that i can never forget.those miracles changed my life.I am a stubborn girl,hot -tempered,and am always by myself.suddenly,in a 2 hour session,something that i always though impossible to happen, happened on me!I could feel his presence.That's when all started!

At the end of Disember,my mom said that we're going to india with her friend &family.I was relucant to go because i had my examination results coming and i wanted to be there to take it.My mom did'nt force me,but,little did i know that ,anyhow ,i will be going.The trip to India was 25 days.And as expected,i went.I felt totally lucky because i did my first NSP in Salem!!!Imagine coming all the way from Malaysia and i get to spend four blissful days with swami in India!!.That NSP ment that it would be the fist time i'm seeing swamiji in person.He,the person who i always cry to,always speak to.Attending NSP changed me alot,in so many ways.Some changes which i notice and some that i did'nt notice.The four days experience is something that i could'nt put in words.Right after the NSP,my mom said that we are going for BSP as well!!!And this time,BSP is held in Bidadi Ashram itself!I was eager to go there and spend 9 days in ashram.9 beautiful days!!!In ashram,i had swami's darshan every morning.Even when we travelled from the hotel to ashram every day.

But we,never left the chance to get swami's blessing.I was living in heaven.I spoke to swami ,i got swami's darshan.and we also met the wonderful and always smiling ashramites.i love being with the ashramites as they were completely friendly,easy to talk to and they were just very nice to us.Everytime,during the break when BSP was held,I always ran to the temple and the banyan tree.I 'ld hug Dhakshinamoorthy and tell him that i'll come at the next break.I became a small child in that heavenly place,Bidadi Ashram!!During the morning break,i'ld run to the temple ,pray,sit down and stare at Anandeswarar & Anandeshwari.Then,i'ld visit the banyan tree and Dakshinamoorthy.This was how i was in Ashram for 9 beautiful days.I thought that after BSP,i won't be seeing anymore of swami.but,things happened otherwise,even the elders did'nt plan for it to happen.

It was the Pratyuksha Padha Pooja!!Which ment that i will be seeing swami again! and this time personally.I got very excited.My mom was quite worried b'coz she did'nt bring enough cash.She saved some for luggage purpose at the airport.And she did'nt want to touch it at all.Suddenly,out of the blue,she pulled out some cash with a smiling face.That cash was balance from her previous trip to the U.S. and there was no way that the money could be there.Surprisingly,the cash was just enough to pay for the Padha Pooja.Without delaying,she payed for the pooja.Then,my mom & us, together with a family friend did the pooja for swami.It was heavenly moment .We could feel the energy.After the pooja,swami called us one by one.When it was my turn,he turned and with a motherly smile he asked"what you want to say,ma?'I could feel my heart beat stopped.It was very hard to digest that swami is actually speaking to me personally.That's when a realisation came to me.That swami was actually listening to what i've been saying to him infront of his picture back in Malaysia.

At that time ,i remember asking him lots of questions and raised doubts about him infront of his picture thinking that he's not actually listening.But,when in India,everything he said in NSP and BSP,answered all my questions and doubts.
Thats when all that flashback came to my mind infront of swamiji who's sitting and smiling and waiting for my reply.But,nothing seem to come out of my throat.Without knowing,i just said' Thank you very much swamy'.Then.tears started pouring out.Swamy,like a mother who would calm her child ,hugged me.patted on my back and said 'Don't worry ,ma .I'm always with you".Thats when i felt smthing..something that is just too wonderful....its difficult to put it in words.Then swami gave me a handfull of chocolates.It was the best moments in my life.

Now,when i think back about all those experiences i had with swami in India.my tears start pouring b'coz the person who changed my life completely,is now in a place where he should'nt even be.I am just a very small part from those who have experienced wonders.All i could do is always pray for him to be released.How long can a master be abused?Now,in the millineum world where transformation is necessary,everybody,young or old,all are seeking for spirituality.I do believe that there is never an unanswered prayer.so,all i want to say is for those who is like me...the best thing we could do is atleast pray for him...pray for his release.We need our swami back!!!!Let those who can help him in other way do theirr part...for those like me ,lets pray....God will never turn us down!!!!Its time we do something to save our swami who have done alot..who have sacrificed his life just to save us..!!!nithyanandam....

Bharat is the very land of spirituality. It’s been one place where human mind has always aspired for the ultimate, the divine with single pointed focus and in the process created everything else the world has ever known. The very fragrance of this beautiful culture has attracted people of all races and traditions from across the world from time immemorial and it’s still the case!


Bharat Mata has always been giving, giving and giving in the true motherly spirit to all those who came for whatever reason. Seekers have come with spiritual thirst, travelers came for darshan of amazing sights and beauty, academics came for the knowledge of shastras and scriptures, artists and musicians came to learn arts and at the same time marauders and all conquering armies came to plunder the immense wealth and just uproot the culture with the might of sword in their blind religious frenzy.


Needless to say, in a motherly way with true brahamanical spirit, Bharat Mata gave its all to whoever came for whatever purpose. So unfathomable has been the compassion that even those who came to plunder and molest were given its very life breath. Never once the men with sword were threatened with sword. This doesn’t mean Bharat Mata didn’t produce brave sons. Infact the bravery of it’s sons is unparalleled in the history of humanity. While the great cultures of Persia, Babylonia, Aztecs, Mayans and like were uprooted within a few years under the tyranny of sword, Bharat Mata’s sons stood tall like walls for several hundred years till any harm could befall on mother. We still live on as the only surviving continuous great culture from the past.


The motive was always self-defense. Harming the enemy was never our nature nor intention. Never ever was enemy border violated nor the women or children ever touched. Nay, we didn’t even consider anyone as enemy. Any aggression was just seen as a small mischief. A mother would always pardon her children no matter what they do, same way each time the sword was defeated and pardoned in the true motherly spirit.


However, men became cunning over time, values got eroded and instincts took over dharma. Money and power blinded humans in such a way that eyes are no longer able to see compassion and grace, ears are no longer receptive to the divine melody, smell of the spiritual fragrance doesn’t reach the nose and tongue is unable to express any gratitude.


In this changed world, mother is not sacred anymore. The all giver became the object of mockery and poverty. The mother who gave it’s very life and soul for its children, is ridiculed by the same children who no longer remember the past.  The new generation is ignorant of the glory and truth. Blinded with material ambition, they stand arm in arm with people who came and sucked the very blood of mother.


As long as Bharat Mata breathes, one thing, which never changed and will not change, is the beautiful tradition, the purest gem which mother has saved in her bosom. It’s the guru-shishya parampara, ie, the Guru –disciple tradition!


The real treasure, the knowledge, the spark of ultimate has been transferred for thousands and thousands of years from one generation to the other. Bharat is the land of great rishis, true sons of the divine who cared for nothing but service to humanity. Food, clothes, shelter, even a trace of personal comfort were not even their concern, they were ever ready to give even very backbone to liberate humanity and make it rise to next level of consciousness. This tireless works has never stopped and still goes on in the face of whatever obstacles society can create.


In this great tradition of Adi Shiva, Shankaracharya, Ramakrishna and Vivekananda another such selfless ever compassionate great rishi descended on this blessed land and the world called him Paramahamsa Nithyananda!


From the very young age of three it was clear to everyone around him that this boy was unique and destined for higher things. Ever absorbed in meditation and yogic practices, his favorite pastimes were making and worshipping clay idols and service at the Arunachaleshwara temple. Other enlightened masters of Tiruvannamalai, Yogi Ramsurat Kumar, Annamalai Swamigal and many more could see the greatness hidden in this small boy and loved his company.


Nithyananda’s whole life has been a selfless penance for the sake of humanity. He took on Parivrajaka (spiritual wandering) at the young age of 17 and traveled length and breadth of India to understand the people and needs of the time. During this period he also attained the ultimate state and realized his vision for the World. He came down to Bengaluru in 2002 and setup the Bidadi Ashram on 1 January 2003.


Ever since then, for the past seven years Swamiji has untiringly worked day and night without caring for any comforts or rest. He worked on all the dimensions of Vedic dharma simultaneously to bring life back to the great ancient truths and traditions. Imagine a mere boy of 25 years starting a mission and within seven years achieving what he has today. It’s incredible and only possible with that clairvoyance and the realization of oneness with divinity.


He brought back ancient meditation techniques to life and opened them to the whole world through several scientific programs like ASP, NSP, BSP, Inner Awakening and several more. His programs are unique in the sense that they don’t just give theoretical knowledge but also give direct experience. Recently in a 21 day Inner awakening program a survey was done and an overwhelming 98% people reported that they benefited tremendously and would recommend the program to everyone around them.


He gave insightful discourses in modern tongue on some of the greatest scriptures, Shiva Sutras, Bhagvad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Jain Sutras and Upanishads. He has already spoken an incredible 7,000 hours! And most of them have been made freely available through 600+ videos on Youtube for anyone who is interested. He also has authored over 200 books offering life solutions in various languages to people all across the world.


He brought life back to temples by taking keen interest in every aspect of temple activity and himself consecrating over 30 Vedic temples all over the World. People who have been to Dhyanapeetam Vedic temples attest to the fact that they are full of life and impart Vedic wisdom and peace in a unique way.
Service to the poor and needy is another important part of Swamiji’s vision. He is practical to the core and says unless the basic needs of food and education are met, no meditation techniques will bring any change. Dhyanapeetam ashrams and centers all over the world conduct free Anna Daan everyday. Bidadi and Tiruvannamalai ashram feed over one thousand kids free everyday. Free medical camps for needy are organized every week and not just consultation but medicines and surgical expenses are also covered by the Ashram. Free educational camps and meditation classes are conducted all over villages in South India and have benefited lakhs of people.


Swamiji has recently started several huge service projects to serve the people and uphold Santana dharma. He inaugurated the project for establishing 1008 schools all over the country to impart enlightenment-based education to the kids from a young age at near zero fees. Ashram funds 90% of the expenses for this service. He also started projects for the upkeep and maintenance of our heritage, some of our great temples, which lay in ruins.


Swamiji himself conducts free Bhagvad Gita satsangs and other mass programs where thousands of people come to get the knowledge and also darshan and blessings from the great master. Anyone who has been part of Kalpataru program or public darshan would have seen how Swamiji would sit for 10-12 hours at a stretch without any break and bless every single person individually. It simply requires effort, which is beyond human beings. His overflowing compassion is same for anyone and everyone.


Working untiringly over 20 hours a day continuously for last seven years, here Nithyananda is giving his life and blood for the people of Bharat and rest of the world and for the great Vedic Dharma and what do we do in return? Why does he need to do this? He neither has any desire nor time to enjoy any material goods.


Sword is back, only this time; it’s hidden under the might of pen and politics. Forces, which want to uproot every trace of ancient wisdom from Bharat, have been working for thousands of years. Whenever someone has risen up to breathe life into the great truths, he has been conspired against, manipulated and mired in endless small to big controversies and been forced to back track before anything significant could be achieved. We have numerous examples right from Ramakrishna, Vivekananda, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Osho, Kanchi Shankaracharya and some of the present day masters who have suffered the same fate.


Don’t think Vivekananda was as respected as he is now. When he was in U.S, the media and high clergy were working day and night against him. He had to face all kinds of charges and unthinkable allegations during his life. When a master is living, he is not seen in the same light, as he is when he is not in body. After so many years, now we respect and honor Vivekananda as a true lion of Bharat. As one who stood tall and told the world what Sanatana Dharma stands for and brought those timeless truths to light. Now we don’t even know the foolish and baseless controversies, which people created during his lifetime. However when he was in body he had to continuously answer not just the masses but also his own brother disciples and faced several tests.


Let us, sons and daughters of Bharat Mata wake up and see the big picture. Let us not miss again. Mother has suffered enough. It is time for us to stand up and be the pillars of support for her. Let us not be ignorant and side anymore with forces that are blinded by socio-religious frenzy and want to tear apart the great truths and their life support institutions.


Time has come where we need to rise up and be counted. It’s very easy to sit in the comfort of our living rooms, watch T.V. and come to conclusions. However, if we really care for the truth, let us do a little more, let us see the work done by Nithyananda and let us investigate and see the history of the people and channels involved. Let us not be swayed by small or big manipulated controversies. This is not the first time and knowing the forces at work against us, this will neither be the last time. Let us rise above these and work for the greater cause. The forgotten and neglected Bharat Mata who has been giving, giving and giving and waiting patiently for her sons to open their eyes one day and stand with her and for her.


If Nithyananda is missed, it will be a colossal loss for the whole civilization and I don’t know how many janmas it would take to overcome this setback if at all it could be overcome. Let’s invoke the sleeping spirit of Bharat and work for the truth before it is too late!

I am Miss Gay Clotilde, 34, also called Ma Nithya Chandrananda in Sanskrit- which is the spiritual name my Master, Paramahamsa Nithyananda, gave me in 2006. I came to the ashram for the first time in august 2005, and was instantly touched by the serenity of the place, the friendliness and genuine wisdom of the ashramites I met.

I decided to join it in august 2006, to become volunteer of Swamiji’s Mission, to practice my Master’s teachings, to translate his teachings into my native language (french), and to learn and teach yoga , which I’ve been doing till date. Having a background in the social field, I have decided to contribute to Western societies by sharing vedic knowledge and spiritual techniques which are acclaimed in Europe because of their well-known effects and the well-being and strength they provide to all.

I decided to take Bramacharya training in 2006 and I’m following it without difficulty till date. I want to add that nobody forced me to this decision; I am completely responsible for my actions and decisions, and I’m sharing my experience here out of integrity to the Truth.

I can declare out loud today: I HAVE NEVER FACED ANY HARASSMENT OF ANY KIND FROM PARAMAHAMSA NITHYANANDA. I have never come across a single person complaining about any of the allegations held against Him today, and I have never seen anything neither obscene, illegal nor hidden, in Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s body language and any girl or boy in His surroundings.

I deeply love my ashram which is a sacred place where people harbor a sacred attitude towards each other. Such a declaration may be manipulated, defamed, or laughed at by others, but it is a fact to me. The whole Dhyanapeetam Sangha should have the right and discretion to live its lifestyle without being judged, or being falsely and illegally exposed, as it is the case today.

I have seen over time how my Guru, Paramahamsa Nithyananda has complete grasp of the spiritual subject as expounded in genuine ancient texts and books. He has fully imbibed these Truths in his daily life. His actions and speech are expressing it in His day-to-day behavior. He is even able to convey the spiritual Truths to all around Him without a word. This is my experience. I have seen Him handling all types of mental set-up which come to Him, leading aspirants on the path from where they stand; with utmost compassion, care, generosity, fairness and altruism. He can relate the vedic scriptural truths to any faith or religion and emphasize on these universal Truths without hurting religious feelings of western seekers as well.

He is an enlightened Master of our times, a Brahma-Jnani or in simple terms: He is having knowledge of God and leads His disciple on the path of ‘Living enlightenment’, constantly reinforcing the Truth that inner bliss is the Master and never failing to His purpose. He clearly has no other motives than sharing His knowledge with utmost respect to all beings that come to Him for guidance.

The devotees I know from all over the world are not disturbed by the on-going propaganda held against Him- we are completely clear about our experience with Swamiji and Swamiji Himself. He has unveiled in us an unshakable, incorruptible and indubitable experience of the Truth and this very fact makes of Him a Being who should be honored with utmost respect and reverence by all.

Let us not forget that over time, great Masters have been persecuted by societies having other motives behind the scene. I invite you to investigate history and draw your own conclusions.

I came to know about that Swamiji’s scandal video… It’s very funny to hear this news and I have seen the video, I was not affected by that video… I know for sure it’s all fake on swami….Now I am in Bidadi Ashram (Headquarters) only… I am living my regular routine without any disturbances... I am not getting torchered by anybody of the ashramites here…They are taking care of me with lots of love and care… There is no sex torture here….

I am living a safe and blissful life here… I wanted to continue my life here in this beautiful ambience…

What is the Significance of the Living Enlightened Master?
All scriptures, all literature, all methods of teachings can only inspire you; they can give only technical knowledge and technique. Books, cassettes, and DVDs can only create inspiration in you but cannot give experience. Experience can only be transmitted. The process of initiation can be done only by an Enlightened Master. Experience is like a lamp. Only from a burning lamp you can light a lamp. In the same way, living enlightenment can only be transmitted from a living enlightened master to a disciple.
